TASHKENT, July 17 (Alliance News): A book-album presentation and archival exhibition titled “Uzbekistan–Azerbaijan Relations in Photographic Documents” was held in Baku, showcasing decades of fraternal ties between the two nations.
The event was attended by Ulugbek Yusupov, Director of the Uzarchive Agency, Uzbekistan’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan Bahrom Ashrafkhanov, and officials from Azerbaijan’s National Archive Department.
The exhibition highlighted more than 50 rare photographic records documenting cultural, humanitarian, scientific, and economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan from 1930 to 2023.
The archival display, jointly curated by the National Archive of Film and Photographic Documents of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan’s National Archive Department, offered glimpses into mutual visits, artistic exchanges, and shared achievements across various fields.
The initiative reinforced the enduring historical and cultural connection between the two brotherly nations, celebrating their continued collaboration and mutual respect.
